The upgrade that never arrived
For many years, customers were told the core product would be upgraded with a new front end. One firm told us that nearly seven years on, it still wasn't ready.
Rapport 3C, then superseded
A small number of practices were moved onto Rapport 3C. It was quickly superseded, and they've been told they must move again.
Still no timescale
Across the firms we've spoken with, nobody has been able to get a real timescale for when they'll be moved, or exactly which product they'll be moving to.
Should I wait to hear what's next for Rapport3?
You don't have to. Rapport3 customers will have to be transitioned at some point, but no date or destination has been confirmed. Waiting means the move happens on Milient's timetable. Looking now means you can compare your options properly and plan a move around your projects and your contract, rather than reacting when the date arrives.
It's a different product, from a different market. What's being sold in the UK is a portfolio of products at different stages of readiness, rather than one platform.

The review asymmetry
Project Flow, Moment and Rapport3 don't have a G2 listing at all, and Ooti, the product behind Project Flow, has just one review. Independent review data for Milient's products is thin wherever you look. CMap, by contrast, has over 300 independently verified reviews on G2 alone.
Lime bars and scores below are CMap's own results — independently verified on G2, pulled September 2026
Project Flow, Moment and Rapport3 have no G2 listing, and Ooti, the product behind Project Flow, has a single review, not enough for G2 to produce scores. The scores below show only CMap's G2 review scores, not a head-to-head, since no equivalent scorecard exists.
CMap G2 Reviewer says: "CMap is clear and user-friendly. I hadn't used it before, but I was able to learn it quickly and start using it right away without any trouble."
CMap G2 Reviewer says: "Setting it up was very easy too; everything was there and ready for us to use right when we logged on."
CMap G2 Reviewer says: "The Support and Account Management teams are very helpful and responsive. I rarely have problems with trying to access or work with CMap."
CMap G2 Reviewer says: "It's a one-stop shop and I don't need to buy multiple systems. All the data talks to one another and it's a single source of truth."
CMap G2 Reviewer says: "CMap is constantly evolving to help us integrate aspects of our business management into one central place, and feedback is always taken on board."
CMap G2 Reviewer says: "Overall, it's a real time-saver and makes it easier to stay on top of things."

Before you commit to moving, these are the questions worth asking yourself, and Milient.
Modernise at your pace, without the upheaval, with people who've done it before.
Start with what hurts most
We begin with the problem that costs you most, not a big-bang switchover, with consultants who've handled Rapport3 extractions before.
Set up around how you work
Your stages, fee structures and project set-up, configured for practices like yours. A complete backup of your data, not a partial export, with a sandbox and your sign-off before go-live.
Supported every step of the way
You're supported throughout the move and beyond, with best-in-class training and support so you get the most out of CMap, and a named account manager and UK-based service desk from day one.

Rapport3 is no longer the product Milient is actively selling, and existing customers will have to be transitioned at some point. There's no published end-of-support date, and no timescale has been given for the move.
Project Flow is Ooti, a French PSA owned by Milient, rebranded for the UK. It's currently being developed to bring in features from Rapport3 and Moment alongside Ooti's own, so it's a different product from the Rapport3 you use today, not an upgrade to it.
It's where Milient is putting its UK focus, but it's a separate product, so moving to it is a migration like any other. That makes it worth comparing alternatives on the same terms, ideally before a date is set for you.
Gekko is no longer being developed or sold. For email management, Milient now points customers to CloudFiler, a third-party product. In CMap, CMap PIM and CMap Mail sit inside the same platform as your projects, natively on Microsoft 365.
CMap has 300+ independently verified reviews on G2, rated 4.4/5. Ooti has a single review, and Project Flow, Moment and Rapport3 have no G2 listing.
We start with what hurts most rather than a big-bang switchover, with consultants who've handled Rapport3 extractions before. You get a complete backup of your data, a sandbox and sign-off before go-live, and a named account manager with a UK-based service desk from day one. Your data stays yours: exportable, with email and documents in your own Microsoft 365.
We'll set up a demo around your kind of projects, your stages, fee types and the problems you've told us about, then give you a clear, written proposal, including implementation and migration, before you commit to anything.
