CRM & Sales

CMap + Pipedrive

Your CRM and CMap, always telling the same story.
Organisations, people and deals stay aligned without re-keying.
From new deal to live project, automatically.

What the integrations does

Organisations. People. Deals. Both ways.

The records your teams keep in two places today move between CMap and Pipedrive through Zapier, created and updated in both directions and linked by a shared ID.

Organisations and companies
New organisations and companies are created on either side and later edits follow, with the CMap Company Id written back to Pipedrive so one client record stays in step.

Deals and projects
A new deal in Pipedrive creates a CMap project and writes the CMap Project Id back, while CMap potentials create deals and later changes keep the two aligned.
Why it matters

Your CRM and CMap, always in step.

Pipedrive runs your pipeline; CMap runs delivery. This integration keeps them aligned, automatically.
One client record
Organisations, people and deals line up across CMap and Pipedrive, so sales and delivery work from the same client picture.
New business flows into delivery
A new deal becomes a live CMap project automatically, so nothing is re-keyed and work starts the moment the deal lands.
Commercial changes stay in step
When details change on either side, the update flows through, matched by a shared ID, so pipeline, contacts and project data never drift apart.
Built on Zapier, easy to adopt
The integration runs on Zapier templates with no middleware, so you switch on the flows you need and extend them as your process grows.

Frequently asked questions

Which CMap editions is this available on?

The Pipedrive integration is available on the CMap Consulting edition.

What happens to my existing records?

The Zaps act on records created or updated after you switch them on, so there is no bulk backfill. Create the ID custom fields and switch on the create workflows first so records carry their shared IDs, then enable the update workflows. Deletes are not synced.

Do I need a Zapier plan?

Yes. The integration runs on Zapier with no middleware. You need a Zapier account on a plan that supports multi-step Zaps and search or find actions, plus your CMap and Pipedrive accounts connected in Zapier.

How are records matched between the two systems?

Records are linked by a shared ID rather than by name. When a record is first created, the other system's ID is written into a custom field, so the CMap Company Id sits on the Pipedrive organisation, the CMap Contact Id on the person and the CMap Project Id on the deal. Updates then match on that stable ID, even if a record is renamed.

Is the Pipedrive integration two-way?

Yes. Organisations, people and deals sync in both directions. Each direction runs as its own Zap, so you switch on the flows you need and CMap and Pipedrive stay aligned as records are created and updated on either side.
