Payment status
When a sales invoice is settled in Business Central, CMap is told automatically and marks it as paid. No one updates it by hand.
Why it matters

No manual entry. No double keying.

CMap runs your projects; Business Central runs your books. This integration keeps them in lockstep, automatically.
Raise it once
Invoices, costs and expenses created in CMap arrive in Business Central complete, without anyone re-keying them.
Nothing to push, nothing to pull
Transactions move on their own once an invoice is raised or a cost is fully approved. There is no batch to export and no job to remember.
One version of the truth
Payment status comes back automatically, so project teams and finance are always looking at the same numbers.
Online or on premises
However you run Business Central, the integration works the same way, transferring automatically at timed intervals.
