Is the Clockify integration included in my CMap plan?

Yes. It is available on every CMap plan, on both the Consulting and AEC editions. A Zapier account is required to run the workflows.

How are records matched between CMap and Clockify?

By name. Clockify project names are matched to CMap projects or internal codes, client names are matched to companies, and each Clockify user is matched to their CMap user. Keeping those names identical in both systems is the main setup task.

Do I need a Zapier account to use the Clockify integration?

Yes. The workflows are published Zap templates that you build and switch on in your own Zapier account, on a plan that supports multi-step Zaps, Filters and Search actions. Because the integration runs in Zapier, you can see every run and replay any that stopped.

What data syncs between CMap and Clockify?

From CMap to Clockify: new projects, with the CMap company attached as the Clockify client, and new companies as clients. From Clockify to CMap: new clients as companies, billable time as timesheet entries against the matching project and budget task, and non-billable time as timesheet entries against an internal code. Clients and companies can be kept in step in either direction, so you choose the one that matches the system that owns your client list.
