CMap + NetSuite

Project billing and costs, posted straight into NetSuite.
Raised once in CMap: no manual entry, no double keying.
Delivered and supported by iQlink, a CMap approved integration partner.

What the integrations does

Billing out. Costs and payments back.

Everything your finance team keys twice today moves automatically between CMap and NetSuite. NetSuite stays the system of record for accounting and compliance; CMap produces and consumes the operational financial data around it.

Why it matters

No more manual entry. No more double keying.

CMap runs your projects; NetSuite runs your books. This integration keeps them in step, and gives you one partner accountable for keeping it that way.
Raise it once
Invoices and expenses approved in CMap arrive in NetSuite complete, so finance stops re-keying work the project team has already done.
One version of the truth
Vendor invoices and payment status flow back automatically, so project profitability in CMap reflects what the ledger actually says.
NetSuite stays the system of record
Your general ledger, tax, statutory reporting and bank reconciliation are untouched. CMap feeds operational financial data in and reads the outcome back.
Someone owns it
CMap sets the standard for what the integration does. iQlink build it, monitor it daily, publish a log of every run and hold the SLA.
getting set up

Scoped properly, then run as a service.

Every NetSuite configuration is different, so this is not an off-the-shelf switch. A two-hour discovery call kicks it off, then iQlink build, configure and run the interface for you, with customers, suppliers and tax codes mapped across both systems before go-live.

Discovery call
Two hours with iQlink to scope the flows, volumes and reference data.
Enablement
iQlink configure the workflows, map your reference data and connect both APIs.
Live and monitored
Runs on your chosen frequency, monitored daily, with every run logged.

Frequently asked questions

Who delivers and supports the NetSuite integration?

iQlink, a CMap approved integration partner. This is an Extended integration in CMap's five level integration model: CMap sets the standard for what the integration does, and iQlink handle implementation, configuration, monitoring and ongoing support under a single contract with you.

What data syncs between CMap and NetSuite?

From CMap to NetSuite: sales invoices and staff expense claims, with header and line level detail on the Professional and Enhanced packages. From NetSuite to CMap: vendor invoices, which land against the right project, and payment status on sales invoices. Reference data such as customers, suppliers, tax codes and tax rates must exist in both systems and is mapped during setup rather than synced by the interface.

Is the NetSuite integration included in my CMap plan?

No. Extended integrations are licensed separately from your CMap subscription because they are built, hosted and supported by an approved partner. You contract directly with iQlink for the NetSuite integration, alongside your CMap plan.

Is the integration secure?

Yes. The workflows are configured not to persist company specific or personally identifiable data. Credentials and the underlying database are encrypted at rest using AES-256, and data in transit is protected with TLS and HTTPS. iQlink are Cyber Essentials accredited and operate role based, least privilege access that is reviewed monthly. The underlying automation platform, n8n, aligns to GDPR and SOC 2 Type 2.

How will we know if something goes wrong?

iQlink monitor the interface daily and publish a log of every run. Issues are raised and tracked through a Jira service portal, with SLA targets for first response and resolution based on priority. On the Professional and Enhanced packages, incident and SLA reporting is automated.

How much does the NetSuite integration cost?

There are three packages. Standard is £1,900 a year with a £3,999 one-off onboarding fee. Professional is £4,600 a year with a £6,999 onboarding fee. Enhanced is £8,200 a year with an £8,999 onboarding fee. Pricing is driven by sales invoice volume. The licence runs on a 12 month minimum term, invoiced annually in advance. Prices exclude VAT.

How long does it take to set up?

It starts with a two-hour discovery call. Because every NetSuite configuration is different, the statement of work then includes a dedicated discovery phase to scope your specific setup before build begins. iQlink confirm the delivery timeline once that scope is agreed.

Does CMap integrate with NetSuite?

Yes. CMap connects to Oracle NetSuite through iQlink, a CMap approved integration partner. Sales invoices and staff expenses approved in CMap post into NetSuite automatically, and vendor invoices and sales invoice payment status flow back into CMap.
